A Different Perspective

Each year, as legislators take on their duties in Santa Fe, school faculty and students are constantly wondering, how will that affect them? Keeping track of the passing and failing of bills at the Roundhouse has never been easy, though students have an even harder time understanding the language and affects of the bills being presented. This lack of communication between students and legislators makes for an even greater misunderstanding; heightening the barriers that already come when young adults and teens try to get involved in their legislature. With this blog, hopefully there will be more understanding between students, their elected officials, and everyone else who represents them.
